Jim I am wondering how Manitoba REC Julian Hardy is Eligible?
Julian played in 2001 with Ottawa and was found in October of that year to be positive for a banned substance, and was given a 4 year suspension.

The CIS rules state that years lost due to doping suspension count towards your 5.
90.10.8.2 An athlete will forfeit one (1) year of CIS eligibility for each full year he/she is suspended by CCES for an Anti-Doping Rule Violation.
Since then he has played in 2008 with Manitoba as well as this current year.
