If you follow US college football, Mark Ingram of Alabama is the 2009 winner. Ingram had a great year, heighten by his performance against Florida, my oly problem is that Toby Gerhart (sp) of Stanford, led the NCAA in rushing and touchdowns. How can the voters ignore this fact. I wonder if Gerhart played for USC, Michigan, Texas or in the SEC, I wonder if that had a factor? No disrespect to Ingram, but I feel the voters got it wrong.
