Shaping up to be an interesting year for QB's.
Clay, tops the list so far - having a good year despite challenges at Oline - fewer Oline, & of who's there, some are injured - Clay was leading the CIS on offence for most of the season, still leading in passing, TD's, and is also very athletic, making gains on the ground & helping U of T get their first wins in two years, To give an idea of how the O-line has deteriorated with injuries, etc, the first 3 games Clay got sacked 1 time against Laurier, 1 vs Windsor, 2 vs Waterloo, but the last 3 games (5,6,7) he's gotten sacked 5 times a game, and the game before that was 3 times. For someone who is very mobile/athletic that's very telling.
Dueck, having much more success this year, a very good season - only 2 losses, to Western and Carleton and a nail biter against U of T. but Overall, lots to be happy about. Like to see us win the Yates
Merchant, doing fairly well, but I expected a bit stronger offence for the purple ponies this year. However, due to a more Jr OL, they aren't getting the results of last couple years - that said, they do have a very talented OL ...will they be in the Vanier....not sure... Yates, most likely...beyond that not certain
Ford of course doing very well, having an excellent year, with his athleticism, passing and ground game, and with the help of his talented, strong, mostly tenured OL, his team is knocking on the door and could win the Yates. A stronger Def, this team could win it all.
Laundhart from Alberta is having a good year, of course Coach Knox addition to the team has given them a boost and a strong Def.
Morand from Montreal has an excellent team, Oline, receivers, rib's, Def.....not much on the rush

Unfortunately Sinagra is injured, but he's certainly a very talented QB - should be top 5.

Not sure who will win this years HC award.

    2 S Girard Windsor 8 164 272 60.3% 2259 282.4 8.3 14 9 82 140.4 Taken Girard off the list from Top 5
Windsor's Girard is doing well, like U of T, and Waterloo their D can't stop teams from scoring. 1 win and 1 close game against Queen's - Great to see Windsor's QB up on the list. Fairly athletic and a strong passer.
