It's a perfect storm these days. Factionalism and lack of any action. That's not just in university ball either, but it's certainly a great example.
I have absolutely no doubt this is accurate Jim, in a completely different world the same thing occurs. Rather than be a long winded bore I'll just say my daughter teaches a judged sport and it's much worse there, so much politics and cheating it's amazing people enroll year after year.
