Can't go against my preferred team. As said in another thread : 25-22 Laval
All the way !

Laval 7 Calgary 2.
Style matters not, all I care about is the final result.

You forgot to take into account the points by the special teams...

We agree style matters not but to keep Calgary to a safety or two singles would be quite a feat! Almost impossible IMHO. Let's say Laval 21 - Calgary 19 on a last-minute FG by Milo against the wind just to show Western how to do it! :D

Meh! I will refer you to the 2004 Vanier Cup. I am ready to concede twice as many points to the Dinos because their QB is only half injured.

I'll be cheering for Laval at the game, BUT I think the Dinos will win... :o
The trend I saw in play-calling by Laval in the last two games is very scary, a mixture of brilliant and dumb ones, resulting in their inability to sustain drives.
At the Dunsmore, Laval had 20 First Downs to Sherbrooke's 8, yet the final score was only 22 - 7. IMRO, the 3 interceptions & one fumble recovery made the difference in the game.
At the Utek, Laval had 21 First Downs to Western's 13, and the final score was ONLY 13 - 11. IMRO, the 4 interceptions made the difference in the game. No Laval drives resulted in TDs.
Throughout the season, Laval's success was the result of daring to force the envelope. They won the last two games as a result of turnovers.
In the Hardy Cup, the Dinos played flawless football in their 56 - 3 win.
In the Mitchell Bowl win over SMU, the teams were evenly matched on first Downs (19 to 18), but the Dinos had 4 drives which resulted in TDs. SMU bent in the first half & broke in the second.
I expect the Dinos to continue playing aggressive football, like they did throughout the season, and they'll bring their game to Laval. If Laval continues to play conservative ball and count on Dinos' mistakes to win the game, they're cooked.
Marton: Double or nothing on the game? :D ;)
